Return Process & Refund Policy
At The Black, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within our return window. Please read the full policy carefully.
1. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our online return portal.

Once a return is created, items must be shipped promptly with the provided packing slip.
2. U.S. Returns

U.S. customers may use a pre-paid return label generated in the return portal.

If you are returning items from multiple orders, each order must be initiated separately in the portal.
3. International Returns (Canada, Europe, UK, UAE, etc.)

Customers outside the U.S. may return items using any carrier of their choice.

You must print the packing slip from the return portal and include it inside the parcel.

Customers are responsible for postage, customs fees, and insurance.

Each order must be returned in a separate package (returns from different orders cannot be combined).
4. Item Condition Requirements
To be accepted, all returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed.

Free of stains, odors, or damage.

With all original tags and packaging attached.
We may refuse or reduce credit for items that do not meet these requirements.
5. Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)
The following categories are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Bodysuits
-
Swimwear
-
Lingerie and undergarments
-
Beauty products
-
Accessories
-
Special occasion / party wear

Any item marked as Final Sale at checkout

Any item with a price ending in .48 or .98
If a Final Sale item is returned, it will not be credited and will be discarded.
6. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Do not use the portal for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Contact our Customer Care team at support@theblack.london within 14 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will issue a complimentary return label and refund the item to your original payment method.
7. Refunds & Processing

Approved returns will be refunded after inspection at our warehouse.

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Please allow 5–10 business days after delivery of your return for processing.

Deductions may apply for ineligible, missing, or worn items.
8. Fraud Prevention & Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to:

Define, limit, or refuse returns showing irregular or excessive activity (e.g., “wardrobing”).

Reject returns with worn, altered, counterfeit, or non-The Black items.
-
Discard non-The Black items received in returns without issuing credit.
9. Legal Notice
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made through theblack.london.
It is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, under KOKILAA LLC.
